sitting with a glass of wine before dinner... if all goes as planned, today should be awesome. starting a new regime: NO cheese ever (other than like, a few sprinkles of parmesan on pasta, etc), as few carbs as i can manage
food log:
-iceberg lettuce with olives, chicken breast and a bit of greek dressing
-mussels in white wine broth, lobster
-a few pieces of baguette to mop up broth
-wine, obviously
exercise: the regular leg lifts/crunches. i need to get a gym membership asap.
weight: haven't done it yet. my g-ma said i looked 'slim' today though, and she is NOT the type to lie to you when you've put on weight. excellent.

what a shitty fucking day. i am no longer doing this shit to myself. for serious.

-small caesar salad (philthys)
-a few 'voodoo chicken' balls (philthys)
-spaghetti w/mixed mushrooms (surprisingly low fat)
-half a bag of zesty dorito chips
-some peanuts
exercise: none!
weight: 137! this was before all the fucking food, though
fuck this shit. ps, i'm not weighing myself every day, i can't bear that.

day one
friends are home tonight, planning on getting wasted (i never monitor my alcohol intake, too fucked for that) so i'm not eating much.
eating plan:
-field greens w/lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, sauteeed mushrooms (w/garlic, basil, red wine and 1 tblspn butter), 4 slices smoked salmon and a small amount of grated parmesan
-two cooked broccoli stems
-half a piece of baked salmon
-madddd amounts alcohol
hateee myself, old flame rejected me at bar so 1/4 bag zesty chips too, gross
weight:
141lb this morning, motherfucker i thought i would have lost at least 2 pounds since yesterday
exercise: leg lifts/crunches daily routine
