day three

sitting with a glass of wine before dinner... if all goes as planned, today should be awesome. starting a new regime: NO cheese ever (other than like, a few sprinkles of parmesan on pasta, etc), as few carbs as i can manage

food log:

-iceberg lettuce with olives, chicken breast and a bit of greek dressing
-mussels in white wine broth, lobster
-a few pieces of baguette to mop up broth
-wine, obviously

exercise: the regular leg lifts/crunches. i need to get a gym membership asap.

weight: haven't done it yet. my g-ma said i looked 'slim' today though, and she is NOT the type to lie to you when you've put on weight. excellent.
