friends are home tonight, planning on getting wasted (i never monitor my alcohol intake, too fucked for that) so i'm not eating much.
eating plan:
-field greens w/lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, sauteeed mushrooms (w/garlic, basil, red wine and 1 tblspn butter), 4 slices smoked salmon and a small amount of grated parmesan
-two cooked broccoli stems
-half a piece of baked salmon
-madddd amounts alcohol
hateee myself, old flame rejected me at bar so 1/4 bag zesty chips too, gross
weight:
141lb this morning, motherfucker i thought i would have lost at least 2 pounds since yesterday
exercise: leg lifts/crunches daily routine
